Why Nodes Up Exists

Nodes Up I.T. Solutions was founded in 2016 by Adrian Leffler in Tucson, Arizona. Adrian started the company after seeing how often small and mid-sized businesses were left waiting on IT providers that reacted slowly, communicated poorly, or treated every problem like a separate billable event.

That frustration shaped the way Nodes Up works today. Many businesses come to us after dealing with slow responses, recurring issues that never seem fully resolved, surprise costs, outdated infrastructure, or a support model that makes it hard to talk through a problem with someone who understands the environment.

Nodes Up was built to be a more practical outsourced IT department for businesses across the Greater Tucson Area and broader Arizona markets. We help manage computers, cybersecurity, networks, phones, backups, and day-to-day technical support so owners and employees can stay focused on their work instead of chasing down IT problems.

Our approach is intentionally hands-on and plain-spoken. We look for clients who are willing to plan ahead, listen to technical guidance, and make smart investments in their systems. In return, we work through specific challenges with them, explain recommendations clearly, and use flat-rate monthly service models designed to make IT costs easier to understand.

Nodes Up has also earned local recognition, including a 2025 Readers’ Choice Award for Best IT Company. Adrian’s background includes a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential, and the team brings practical experience in managed IT, cybersecurity, technical support, and business technology planning.
